Pivot is a pre-war studio that is revamped into a modern adaptable micro-apartment containing a secret bedroom.

A serene white room opens up to display wood interiors as the walls and furniture move to reveal their multi-functional nature. Pivoting a large floor to ceiling cabinet reveals a wall-bed and creates two separate rooms that can be used independently, with pull out closets on either side.

The kitchen features a height adjustable table can be used for a home office, as additional kitchen counter space, or be extended into the main space for dinner guests.

A deceptively compact washroom feels spacious with a double sink and a hinged glass door that temporarily creates a shower stall when needed.
